 ***SCHOOL-WIDE ANNOUNCEMENTS***

This Week 

  • MONDAY the 1st - Welcome Back, students!
  • FRIDAY the 5th - Peer Helper applications are due. Click HERE to view the online application and other submission requirements. You are also encouraged to see Mrs.Watts, Mrs. Morman, or a current peer helper to learn more about the program or the application process.

***GRADE-LEVEL ANNOUNCEMENTS***

ALL GRADES- 

  • There are only a few more opportunities to gain points for the end of the year carnival! To win points for your grade, come out to the home baseball game this Friday at 4:30. You can also come to the next home soccer game on April 5th against Spain Park. Finally, during the week of April 8th, you can participate in the Patriot Pride's coin collection competition as a final opportunity to gain points!

11th - 

  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED to coordinate the Senior class Baccalaureate Reception immediately following the Baccalaureate service at 3 pm on Sunday, May 15th. If you are interested in helping, please contact Rachel Stone or Michele Crim:

12th -  

  • PROM TICKETS - now being sold for $50 online. Follow the online payments link to "PROM". Also, coupons for tuxedos are still available in Mrs. Kreider’s room!
  • HHS GRADUATION EVENTS - 2019 HHS Graduation timeline, events & details 
  • PARENT-SPONSORED GRADUATION EVENTS - Please visit the SENIORS 2019  section of the PTO website for information regarding other graduation events and HHS traditions.
    • Senior Picnic - follows Awards Day on Wed, May 15th
    • Baccalaureate Reception - immediately following the Baccalaureate Service which is Sunday, May 19th 3pm(New this year...Junior class parents will coordinate the reception)
    • THINGS TO KNOW -
      • These events are planned and executed by parents - not the school or PTO. 
      • A committee of parents is needed to plan these two events.  We want everyone who would like to participate to have an opportunity to do so. All are welcome!

(And, yes. The choice to ignore the old adage that begins "If April showers bring May flowers..." is completely intentional. Construction peeps need a win.)
